TransNet
Keeps San Diego Moving

In 1987, San Diego region voters approved the TransNet program - a half cent sales tax to fund a variety of important transportation projects throughout the region.

The $3.3 billion, 20-year TransNet program plays a critical role in San Diego's mobility - building and improving highways in our region, adding Trolley lines and Coaster commuter rail service, and improving local streets. The current TransNet program expires in 2008.

Please join SANDAG at a celebration of the opening of SR 125 from SR 52 to SR 54.

Here are just a few TransNet projects underway in the region.
