Half of all youth arrested test positive for drugs
In 2006, 51 percent of juvenile arrestees tested positive for at least one illicit substance, a trend that has held since 2000. This and more data on juvenile arrestees is available in a new SANDAG report, 2006 Juvenile Arrestee Drug Use in the San Diego Region.

New MTS buses arrive in style for Carmel Mountain Bridge re-opening
New Metropolitan Transit System buses designed for I-15 commuters were unveiled during the July 28, 2007, Carmel Mountain Bridge re-opening ceremony.

Super Loop station design revealed
Station designs for the new Super Loop circulator transit route in North University City were revealed during a July 11, 2007, open house.
