New traffic data now availableTraffic

Each year, local jurisdictions collect traffic count data on significant roadways, and Caltrans collects similar information on state freeways and highways. SANDAG compiles this information to generate Average Daily Traffic Counts, which are two-way, 24-hour daily volumes (shown in thousands of vehicles). The tables in the traffic count reports show roadway descriptions and five-year (2001–2005) volumes, presented alphabetically by jurisdiction. The percent change in volumes between 2004 and 2005 also is shown. Traffic counts are available by visiting www.sandag.org/adtv.
