Celebrate the grand opening of a new stretch of freeway that completes the SR 125 corridor from SR 52 to SR 54. SR 125 now will extend from Spring Valley through Lemon Grove to La Mesa and connect at SR 52 in Santee.

This freeway project was constructed in part with TransNet dollars. In 1987, San Diego region voters approved the TransNet program - a half-cent sales tax to fund a variety of important transportation projects throughout the region.
